Paris / Munich, 13 November 2025 – The European B2B venture capital fund Hi inov has led a seed financing round of €1.8 million for the Dutch startup Partnify. The company is developing an AI-supported platform for cross-company collaboration that helps businesses execute projects across organizational boundaries more efficiently, transparently, and successfully.
With this investment, Hi inov underscores its strategy of investing in B2B software solutions that increase productivity, resilience, and efficiency. The fund focuses on startups driving the profound transformation of work, infrastructure, and industry, particularly in the areas of SaaS, AI, and IT management. After successful investments in Belgium with Luzmo and Customs4trade (C4T), Hi inov is strengthening its role as a partner for high-growth companies in the Benelux market with Partnify as its first portfolio company in the Netherlands.
“Partnify addresses a central challenge of modern business: the high complexity and fragmentation in projects involving multiple partners,” explains Wolfgang Krause, Partner at Hi inov. “Instead of relying on a patchwork of emails, chat apps, and project management tools, Partnify provides a unified workspace where communication, contract management, and project management come together.”
The platform consolidates all the tools required for collaboration, enabling businesses to manage projects from conception to execution in one central workspace. Users can plan projects in a structured way, delegate responsibilities, track progress in real time, share files, approve documents, and digitally create and sign contracts. Integrated notifications ensure that all participants are always up to date and aligned.
A core element of Partnify is the AI assistant “PAI”, which functions as a virtual project partner. PAI analyses communication, documents and project progression, detects risks such as delays or conflicting goals at an early stage, and provides recommendations for action. It can also automate processes and consolidate information from various sources, assisting companies in delivering projects faster, more efficiently, and with greater success.
Partnify is aimed primarily at freelancers, agencies, and small to medium‐sized enterprises (SMEs) that work extensively with external partners. In a short time, the platform has established itself in the Netherlands as a sought‐after solution, replacing or integrating scattered tools. Particularly in industries such as marketing, IT, and consulting, Partnify is attracting a fast-growing user base. With the new capital, Partnify plans to further develop its AI features, expand integrations with common business tools like Google Calendar, Microsoft Teams, or Salesforce, and accelerate expansion into additional European markets such as Germany, Belgium, Sweden, and France.
“Partnify demonstrates impressively that external collaboration can finally move beyond scattered emails, chats, and files,” adds Wolfgang Krause. “Small and medium-sized businesses especially need solutions that reduce complexity and facilitate collaboration across organizational boundaries. Partnify offers the right mix of technological depth and tangible everyday value to fill this gap in the market. We see in Partnify the potential not only to streamline processes and cut costs but also to become the standard for partnership-driven projects in Europe, thereby strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs.”
