Paris, January 27, 2026 – Hi inov, a Franco-German B2B venture capital firm, announces the appointment of Aurélie Sorel as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, she will be responsible in particular for the financial management of Hi Inov and its funds, valuation monitoring, investor reporting, as well as the structuring and optimisation of financial processes.
With more than fifteen years of experience in private equity and asset management, Aurélie Sorel brings deep financial expertise across seed, venture capital, and growth investment strategies within the technology sector. Prior to joining Hi Inov, she had been Finance Manager at Partech Partners since 2023, where she was responsible for portfolio company valuations, investor reporting and financial statements, and for supporting the launch of new funds. She also contributed to several digitalisation projects for financial tools and managed a team.
She previously held the position of Fund Finance Manager at Weinberg Capital Partners, overseeing asset valuations, performance indicators, capital calls and distributions, and relationships with external service providers. Before that, she spent nearly five years as Finance Manager (Vice President) at Tikehau Investment Management, where she contributed to consolidated monitoring of assets under management, budgeting processes, and internal and external financial reporting. She began her career at ABN AMRO Investment Solutions as a financial controller.
