Paris, 6 July 2023 – Hi Inov – DENTRESSANGLE, a Franco-German early-stage venture capital company dedicated to B2B tech startups, announces the appointment of Véronique Gauduchon as Chief Administrative and Financial Officer.
As a leading venture capital fund in France and Germany, Hi Inov manages over 250 million euros in assets invested in nearly 40 European B2B tech startups such as Deepki, 360 learning, Platform.sh, Ninox, and Awork.
As it approaches its 10th anniversary and the launch of its third fund, Hi Inov strengthens its organization by welcoming Véronique Gauduchon as Chief Administrative and Financial Officer. Véronique Gauduchon’s responsibilities will include producing financial information for the funds managed by Hi Inov for subscribers and regulators and providing overall financial support to the management team regarding the managed funds and the company.
With 30 years of experience in various finance roles, Véronique Gauduchon previously served as the Chief Administrative and Financial Officer of a French management company overseeing three Irish private equity funds since 2022. Before that, she worked as a financial analyst in private equity for SGAM (now Amundi) from 2003 to 2008 and as a financial controller in the mergers and acquisitions department of IFP Energies Nouvelles from 1995 to 2002.
Véronique Gauduchon obtained the AMF certification in 2018, the European financial analyst diploma (SFAF) in 2002, and a diploma in accounting and finance (DESCF) in 1995. She also graduated from the Legal, Accounting, and Tax Audit DESS program (1992) and the Clermont Ferrand Management School (1991).
This appointment follows the recent addition of Marie Role as Director of Legal Affairs, Compliance, and CSR, as well as the recruitment of three new female investors at the beginning of the year: Éléonore Caillaud (Investment Manager) and Camille Rivet (Analyst), both based in Paris, and Myrtil Mitanga (Senior Associate), who joined the Munich office to oversee investments in the DACH and Benelux regions.
