Hi Inov has the opportunity to be more than a capital provider—it’s a scale-up partner with deep operational DNA. I want our portfolio companies to see us as a go-to resource not just for funding, but for thinking through product-market fit at scale, AI strategy, and organizational leverage. We support the builders behind tomorrow’s European tech champions.
Guillaume’s career is defined by impact at scale. At Zuora, he joined when the team was just 40 people and helped lead the journey to a $1.4B IPO, shaping a new category in enterprise SaaS. As Chief Product Officer at BlueJeans, he launched the Smart Meetings platform, consistently maintained a 50+ NPS from decision-makers, and helped steer a $550M exit to Verizon. At RMS, he led a 220+ person team through a Big Data cloud transformation that culminated in a $2B acquisition by Moody’s. Most recently, as Chief Product and Technology Officer at 360 Learning, Guillaume oversaw an AI-led product transformation while scaling the company to $60M revenue and maintaining cash flow positive operations.
He studied Operations Research at MIT and Engineering at École Centrale Paris, and has also taught at INSEAD as part of the MBA faculty—bringing together analytical depth and business insight in everything he does. Guillaume is known for saying: “If you can’t explain your product strategy to a 12-year-old, you don’t understand it well enough.”
A good conversation starter with Guillaume
Ask Guillaume about the most common product strategy mistake he sees founders make. His answer might save you six months of execution headaches.
When he’s not working with teams or shaping go-to-market strategy, Guillaume shares his life with his wife, three poodles, and his now-grown children whom he continues to mentor. He’s a strategic golfer (emphasis on strategic) and finds peace in the game despite decades of evidence that his swing isn’t improving.
