As a seasoned legal and ESG expert, Marie has a strong vision for Hi Inov that is committed to responsible and sustainable investing. She believes that by integrating ESG considerations into all investment strategies, Hi Inov can not only achieve superior financial returns but also drive a positive impact in the communities and industries we invest in.
Marie is a French lawyer with over ten years of experience, specializing in financial and corporate law, private equity and compliance. A former lawyer at the Paris Bar, she holds a degree in International Business Management from Inseec Paris and a degree in International Trade Law from the University Paris-1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Marie began her legal career as a lawyer at La Française, an asset management company. She then worked for two years as an associate in the Private Equity department of Jones Day, a leading international law firm. For the past seven years, Marie has been a lawyer at the legal department of OFI AM, where she has become an expert in ESG regulation and served on the Responsible Finance and CSR Committees.
