Maxime assumes the position of an Investment Analyst within our Munich investment team.
As an analyst at Hi inov, Maxime evaluates investment opportunities in B2B tech startups and supports the fund in strategic decision-making. He monitors market trends, prepares investment notes, performs startup valuations, and assists the team with operational and financial analyses. His role also includes identifying projects that align with Hi inov’s values and investment thesis. Additionally he brings his tech affinity into the team by enabling the team with custom ai agents to focus on what’s really important, finding and supporting the next Unicorns!
Maxime envisions Hi inov’s future as a prominent Venture Capital firm in the sphere of young student entrepreneurship, funding, connecting and mentoring exceptional minds with high energy.
He is dedicated to supporting the rising trend of agentic AI startups, forecasting a world where manual and bureaucratic, tedious work is obsolete. This future allows humans to channel their focus onto what they genuinely enjoy, fostering unprecedented creativity and thriving at work.
In achieving this visionary goal, Maxime sees Hi inov as a crucial European vessel for making this human-centric future a reality.
Maxime studied Computer Science at the Technical University of Munich, where he paired his technical training with a strong entrepreneurial drive. He spent a semester abroad in Cambridge as a Visiting Researcher at the University’s Institute for Manufacturing, developing a VR-based bronchoscopy training system for MedTech education. Alongside his studies, he joined the Manage and More program at UnternehmerTUM, working on innovation, LegalTech, and automation projects.
Before joining Hi inov, Maxime co-founded IsarAI, a Munich-based consultancy focused on AI agents for small and medium-sized businesses. There, he developed agentic automation solutions for local SME clients, helping them streamline internal workflows and digitize core business processes.

Maxime‘s life is defined by seeking the next thrill and enjoying the great outdoors. He’s an adventure sports enthusiast who truly knows how to find balance and unwind.
He embraces both water and mountain activities: from wakeboarding and exploring underwater worlds through scuba diving in the summer, to carving up the slopes on skis and snowboards in the winter. He maintains his agility with an interest in parcour and adds extra excitement with the occasional skydiving jump.
