Nicolas studied data and finance at École Polytechnique, after earning a dual degree in business and international relations at IE Business School. He grew up in Brazil, China, Germany, and Austria, a multicultural background that shapes how he thinks about markets, teams, and scale.
Before joining Hi Inov, he worked at Razor Group, a German unicorn, and in VC at CapHorn, where he was involved in several investments across Deeptech, Climate Tech, and B2B SaaS, and sat on multiple boards. He also supported a Series A raise from inside CapHorn’s portfolio company Naboo, where he led several data-driven projects. His experience spans both sides of the table, combining analytical depth with operational exposure.
