Paris, March 6th – Franco-German early-stage venture capital firm specializing in B2B tech startups, Hi Inov Dentressangle, announces the appointment of Marie Role as Head of Legal, Compliance, and Sustainability.
Marie Role, a lawyer by training with a degree in International Business Management from Inseec Paris and a degree in International Business Law from the University of Paris-1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, has over 10 years of experience as a lawyer, specializing in Corporate Law, Private Equity, Compliance, and ESG. She began her career as a lawyer at La Française, then spent two years as a collaborator in the Private Equity department of Jones Day law firm. For over seven years, she worked as a lawyer in the legal department of OFI AM, where she was an expert on ESG topics and a member of the Responsible Finance and CSR Committees.
Marie Role will report directly to Valérie Gombart, co-founder and CEO of Hi Inov.
